The abductees are people that have been abducted by The Program over the years and then put into their facilities for some kind of psychological testing.
There are always 7 abductees in The Town it is mentioned that any more or less would be to too hard to calculate the outcome. On the ship Almas Perdidas however there seem to be only 6 abductees.
